a. Public Coaching and Steering Clinic: Middle of July. All paddlers are welcome at this 3-night event.

b. New Paddlers: Basic Technique Explained Here...

c. NEW: Email Distribution List Server for Rats Members

-All Members are required to  join our email list server.

-All Club correspondences wil begin disseminating via this email list server as of May 31st. 

d. Corporate teams will join the club. The WITT and Forest Service teams have expressed interest in learning to paddle with the EDBRC.

e. NEW: a Conflict-of-Interest rule is being instituted by our club.  This semi-flexible rule is intended to prevent issues when a paddler commits to multiple boats, but then has to choose between them in a face-off race.  Please be prepared to commit to a single (primary) team for the Edmonton Festival.
